We’ve been here almost 2 years. Rosatis’s was amazing the first year. But, it’s been terrible for quite some time now. Pizza and pastas are cooked and packaged inconsistently. I can’t order online anymore either. I’ve tried taking this to the management but they didn’t seem interested in listening. Super sad we can’t order from here anymore. It’s been a waste of money lately.

We were told our food would be delivered in 30-35 minutes, it was almost an hour late.

We got a pizza this past Saturday, June 27 and could not believe how terrible it was. We had mostly good ones before but the quality is going down hill I believe. There was so much oregano or whatever they put on it, that that was ALL you could taste. Some pieces we couldn’t eat because there was so much of it. Don’t think we’ll be going back. Whoever made it needs to learn how to season. Very disappointed!

Horrible service! spent $42 on a small pizza, poppers and a salad. specifically asked for them to put crushed peppers and parmesan packets with the delivery order and were told "the driver will have them" driver gets here and says he does not have them, they are in his other car. Call Rosatis back and explained we asked for the peppers and cheese and were told they would have them but they didn't. They then asked if we knew the drivers name? Um NO isn't that your job? Waited over an hour for my pizza, got a half sausage, half pepperoni with mushrooms and onions deep dish paid extra for a few sides of ranch. I wasn’t mad about the wait I was made that when we got our food. It was completely wrong and we didn’t get our sides of ranch. When I called I got told by an employee that the manager was too busy to talk to me and I would have to wait for him to call me back. That was the best he could do. So I’ve waited an hour for my food and now i have to wait for them to call back to talk to me..... read more

I see similar comments about delivery, we finally got our pizza 1 1/2 hours later and not even sure if it's what I ordered as the person taking the order didn't seem to know what she was doing, though she was nice enough. I was only offered $5 off the order, but spent $70! Leery to order from you folks again. Taste of the pepperoni pizza was good.

ordered a pick up order on May 21, and I can understand it taking an hour to be done. that is not my gripe, when I got home the pizza order was wrong, and the Italian beef sandwich was not consumable. Called to complain and they remade my order, so I had to travel a 2nd time 1 hour later to pick up my order. 2nd time it was correct. Was told I would receive a refund and at the time of me writing this no refund yet.

This place is terrible. They promise a delivery time, and it’s always at least an hour later than said time. Pizza looks and tastes awful! I’ve complained before, and they gave me a credit to my account. I’ve given them chances since then, but it never gets better. Tonight’s delivery time said 5:50pm, and showed up at 6:51pm. Pizza was all over the box and cold. I’m done. Zero stars!!
