Thank you, Rosati's, for fixing a problem I don't think was yours to fix - but you made it right and I appreciate that! I ordered through a delivery service at 5p on Friday night, and it was longer distance delivery (not usually preferred by drivers). I waited and watched two drivers "take the order," then quickly drop it. By the time the third driver picked it up - they called me to ask if I already had my food. I did not and it was now 7p. We love their double dough, monster pizza. But our friends like thin crust so this time we ordered the thin crust monster with no olives at all. We picked it up to take to their house by the time we got to their house it was still hot and it was delicious. I would eat thin crust again, but my favorite is still double dough

we love your deep dish and stuffed pizzas. But now every time we order you say you are not doing either one of those. is this a permanent thing or will you start serving them again? We used to order these at least 1 or 2 nights a month. so sad 😞
