Put a 5pm pickup order at 2 pm. Arrived at 4:55 and drove 5 minutes home. Pizza was dry and cold. No or very little sauce. $30 for a pizza and we put half down the garbage disposal. Also order taking was a hassle. Had a coupon that said I could get a free 12 inch cheese with the monster. Bill was over $30 until I complained and last said she would “give” it to me but I better leave a $20 tip. Told her I did not want any gifts - just what you were advertising. Rosati’s is incredible pizza with high quality ingredients and high quality staff! The cheese and seasonings are delicious and the crust is crunchy delicious!!! We always order the thin 18” half pepperoni/half sausage and use the coupon for a free 12” thin cheese!! We love this pizza and highly recommend it!!!!
