RecommendedTheir pizza is awesome, especially when the order is right. First time, while I waited for pickup, they accidentally put my pie in a box for delivery, so those folks got the wrong order. They remade mine while I waited. Gave them a second chance and it was perfect. Then, last night was the third chance and the order was wrong. That being said, the pizza tastes great and is not greasy. Just make sure to examine the pizza before you leave the place!
The thin crust pizza is amazing and the toppings are consistently delicious. Never once have we felt greasy or gross after eating Rosati’s Pizza.

I have ordered from this location multiple times and today is no different. Food is good and bread sticks are awesome. However, my pizza was done incorrectly. They did offer a different one, but I chose for them to make me a new one. I waited again for another hour I suggest offering to customers little things like a a coupon for a discount on their next order and perhaps, the manager could have offered it.
We placed an order at noon for delivery. At 1 when our food was supposed to be delivered according to the estimated delivery time, someone from Rosati’s called and said they only had half of our order ready to deliver because they ran out of cheese. Seriously, I have so many questions. How do you not realize you’re about to run out of cheese and let us know so we can make other lunch plans???? Ordered delivery. Had their thin crust Monster pizza. Very good! Was delivered in about 40 minutes on a Friday night!
I ordered my pizza at 4:30pm today for delivery, it was supposed to be delivered between 5:35 -5:45pm. At 5:47pm I called and young lady tells me it will be out of the oven in 10 minutes and then sent out for delivery. I asked for the manager and the gentleman who got on the phone and told me they burnt my pizza and were remaking it. when I asked why they didn't call and tell me about the problem, he said "Sorry Chief"... yep...so I've had this location deliver pizza at least a dozen times without this kind of stupidity...im... read more

Amazing! First time having it and it was sooo good. We ordered carry out and they forgot a side and dessert we ordered, so they brought it to our house. Great customer service.
