Great Customer Service Representative Jeff, my service rep, got my car into Service right away after hearing me describe the "symptoms." Chief among them was a strong burning rubber smell (or burning something) coming from under the car's hood, which I could smell inside the car as well, giving me the first indication something was wrong. Well Cared For I always feel good about taking my car in for service because I know I'll leave satisfied. Whenever I ask a question or voice a concern I know I will be taken seriously. When I was worried about my battery they checked it and the first few times they reassured me it was OK, but last August the test showed a new one was recommended.
