It’s always best to schedule service online. Never have any issues with service, i always schedule service online, and it usually takes 45 to 1 hour of my time.

New engine 2013 sonata engine blew at 80k miles. Hyundai honored their 100k warranty and installed new engine at no charge. Only downside is they had no loaner for 4 weeks even though I was on the list to get one. Also no car wash when I picked up car. But overall good experience

Jeff/Service Manager Acted Immediately Jeff, the Service Manager, acted fast by providing me with a loaner when I had voiced my opinion about not being offered a loaner when my car was receiving a replacement engine. I appreciate the dudilgence in acting accordingly!
