proactive care I brought my car in for a check up and oil change. The service person in charge of my appointment came in to the waiting room and said I had a license plate bulb out and would I like to have it replaced. I immediately replied "yes" and was very grateful that they had noticed it because it was great to know I wouldn't end up with a surprise ticket for it. I live by myself and had no way of noticing it. It is nice to know that the service department does their job proactively.

great repair experience Ssrvice advisor.was very helpful. Listened when we explained problem after mechanic said couldn't find problem. Work was completed when promised. Gave us lift home then returned to take us back to shop when repair completed. All in all a posifive experience. Been customers at Rosen Hyundai for several years and are usually pleased with dealings.
