Clean car When I have my car serviced, they run my car through the carwash. When my car was ready, they told me it was parked outside and the keys were inside. When I got to my car, it didn't seem as though it was wet. That struck me as a little odd, but I thought perhaps they had wiped it down after the wash. I got home and noticed that there were greasy (brown) finger prints around the driver side door and on the car in different places. So, I don't think they washed the car. Almost there. We bought our car here, so the first visit was comped and they did a relatively good job. Visit took about the right amount of time as expected. Waiting area is nicely appointed and had plenty of space to work. Need to improve: - Said I am on the cusp of needing a tire rotation. Should have said that before the car service was completed, so I could have just done it then. - For the first time in about 20 years, having many various cars serviced across many brands and dealerships: they didn't top of the fluids. ... read more
