Always great and timely service! So I have been with Rosen ten years now. The vehicles are great, one which is a 2010 SantaFe which I gave to my daughter and son in-law and now has over 140,000 miles on it. This vehicle too is serviced here at Rosen along with my 2015 SantaFe. This last appointment as usual went quite well as I had not been here since the Covid virus appeared. Rosen Hyundai: A Fantastic Service Center I love the service center at Rosen Hyundai. Check-in is quick and easy. The staff in the service department is polite and well trained. I had an appointment, and my car was done right on time. The wait area is very clean and COVID responsible. I felt comfortable sitting there. A TV is on for watching. Its nice. A clear picture; watching TV makes the wait go quickly. Two thumbs up from me. Thanks Rosen Hyundai. Keep up the great customer service.

Great service 1st time @ Rosen Hyundai for a factory recall repair. Easy to schedule the appointment & drop off car. Clean & spacious waiting area. Car was ready when promised. Even seemed that the car was washed.
