Service is friendly, prompt and efficient. I have never had bad service at Rosen. The Service Department is wonderful and they make sure your in and out as quickly as possible. They are super friendly and answer all questions. Would highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family!!

See review. If a program [such as the valet one] is offered to customers, it should function properly and efficiently. The valet program, although a good one, is not good when it does not function.

Better Than I Could Have Expected In performing all the checkpoints the service people detected both the things I'd been worried about and fixed them. Also they installed new wiper blades as I had asked and I drove away feeling as if I had a new car.

Comfortable atmosphere Although my 2017 Santa Fe was purchased in Florida prior to our move back to Illinois, we were treated like original customers of Rosen Hyundai. Both Service Department and Sales have gone overboard to let us know that they are there for us when needed.
