Details are cheaper elsewhere. I recently brought my vehicle in to be detailed when I got my vehicle back it was still dirty the wheel wells were still caked with mud and the interior was still dusty. I work Construction so I didn’t expect it to be perfect but I definitely expected it to be better than what it was. construction so I didn’t expect it to be perfect but I definitely expected it to be better than what it was for 149 dollars.

Service visit totally meets expectations Vehicle in for oil change and multipoint inspection. Technician could have found unnecessary stuff to fix but he didn’t. I feel I can really trust what they tell me. Also love the car wash at the end of the service.

Quality Service That I Trust My service experiences at Rosen Hyundai have all been positive. The service department does what's need and does not recommend additional services that aren't necessary at the time. The do a thorough check of the vehicle and provide a comprehensive report on its status so you can plan ahead for what will be needed down the road. The service people are all friendly and knowledgeable.

Best customer service ever Rosen has the best service & customer service I’ve ever experienced at any dealership. Before they knew I had to leave my car overnight to be serviced they drove me to my hone. Called to let me know when it was ready & sent someone to pick me up. The car sparkled when I got there & because of your great warranty, it cost me nothing to have the repairs done. I’ll never go anywhere else in the future to buy a new car.
