Poor check in We have always used a Hyundai dealer to do our services on our 2019 Santa Fe XL and Rosen has always been our favorite dealer. However, on our last scheduled visit we were not checked in properly, and waited almost two hours to get an oil change. All the while watching others come and go. When asked about the long wait time, we were told it was because they had appointments and we were walk-ins. Another excellent service visit As always my service visit was a pleasant experience. All personnel, especially service writer Geoff Sulkowski, made the visit go extremely smoothly especially in light of the unexpected repairs that needed to be done. I was quickly provided with a ride home and then back to dealership to pick up my vehicle later in the day. Rosen Hyundai makes keeping my vehicle working well a pleasure.
