Great Accurate Service I came in for an oil change and was told that I would need new rear brakes probably at my next visit (which I was aware of). Didnt try to sell me anything else.

Usually great service I usually have good service but was a little disappointed that they did not wash the car after service. This is my 2nd car with Rosen and they have always washed it when I've brought it in for service. I called back after and questioned why they didn't wash it an they said because the temperatures have gone up and down. The day I brought the vehicle in for service it was in the 40's so a wash would have been appropriate.
