Friendly caring service staff The service department was a big consideration when I purchased my second vehicle from Rosen. I feel that I can trust them to keep my car running in good condition.

Service I came in for an oil change and tire rotation per my coupon but I don’t believe the tire rotation was done as it wasn’t stated on my R.O. and I wasn’t notified that my car was done. I was there for two hours.
