Excellent service and friendly people They told me my oil change would take about 45 minutes. It was less than half an hour. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. So far I have been very happy with both service and sales staff at Rosen. You guys are great! Keep up the great work!

Great service Rosen Hyundai is taking great stride on turning their service dept. around to be more customer oriented. After buying 12 cars from them and not using their service center except for warranty work I can finally see the change and the attitude change in the service center. The only thing I do not like are the soft tires Hyundai puts on the SUV that around 20,000 miles you need a new set

Service dept. Chairs could be more comfortable, could use hot chocolate along with coffee. all personal are helpful and courteous. Prices are a little high for repair.
