He is very attentive, I am a first time homebuyer and knew absolutely nothing. He answered all of my questions very quickly so I always felt very informed about what I was signing up for. Even after closing he is still there for his clients and very quick to respond!!
Ross has been tremendously helpful throughout the whole process. As a first time homebuyer, he simplified the tasks and explained everything clearly. We were able to close in the short duration of a month due to their hard work. I needed to close fast due to relocation for work, and their team were able to accommodate. Wow words can’t describe how hard Ross worked to get us situated. Thankful that his determination secured us our loan; even when we were hit with hardship. Ross Asato was our mortgage broker. We had experience working with a number of mortgage brokers in the past. He is our top 2 brokers. He list what we need to provide for the initial approval. While working with our agent to look for properties, he also worked diligently to get firm approval from the loan company.
