We had a 9:30 appointment for a 35000 mile check-up, oil change and tire rotation. We got there early, told we would hear from them in a couple of hours. I called at 11:30- was told they would call me back. They called at 1:30 and said that they were working on it as we spoke and that we needed new rear brakes! We decided to opt out of that and have someone else look at them later. It took them until 4:30 to get the car ready to be picked up! And they charged $300! Ridiculous!
