Rafael in the service department was very helpful and communicated wait times and walked me through the services. I couldn’t wait at the dealership but was able to get updates on my service and when my car would be available. Great job overall

It was an absolute pleasure to go to the Nissan dealership in Round Rock, Texas. Everyone was so professional that I dealt with, and I would definitely come back again! Jason was absolutely wonderful and always very patient to answer any questions that I might have. He made it very clear that I can still continue to call it any time if I need any help! Jose was wonderful in the finance department. Again everyone I dealt with was very professional and very caring! I recommend this dealership highly!
