We pulled up and Ron was waiting outside to great people. He listened to what we were looking for, and quickly presented us with a great option. I called another dealership that was my previous go-to, but they couldn’t touch the deal he was offering!

Everyone in Service and Parts Departments were very friendly and helpful..Particularly Derrian Bradley the Service Advisor was very professional, Friendly and very helpful. I was very satisfied with the service I received and I highly recommend to buy New cars and get your cars serviced at Round Rock Nissan. I want to mention also an excellent service I received from Alex who gave me a ride from the dealership and picked me up to take me back to the dealership so I can pick up my car after the repair was completed Nicholas

Rafael in the service department was very helpful and communicated wait times and walked me through the services. I couldn’t wait at the dealership but was able to get updates on my service and when my car would be available. Great job overall

Friendly staff, clean restrooms and fast service. Guests sitting area very clean. Service staff meets you when you pull up and helps you out of the car.
