Great service. Darren was great throughout the past week, when the problem with the tire could not be duplicated last week, but was discovered today. He was attentive despite the busy day. I will not hesitate to recommend Round Rock Nissan.

1st experience here months ago was awesome, timely repair/service and good communication from service tech. Second experience here (yesterday) was disappointing and 7hrs long (vs 2-3). I scheduled this service and week in advance based on approval a month ago, dealer promised parts in stock and advised to get there at 7am (and we did did). long story short is a promised part in stock was not in stock so 3x the wait.
