The sales rep (Kim) was great. The Finance Dept gave me documents to sign that were $1,500 higher than the contract Kim and I approved. Had I not noticed it, I would’ve been overcharged. I also waited in the lobby for 45 minutes to see the Finance rep. This was the 1st time in 40 years I experienced an inaccurate financing agreement from a car dealer. Of course, I usually go to CarMax.
Kevin G in the service department is extremely helpful and does not try to sell you unnecessary products. I will continue bringing my Nissan to him. Highly recommend.

Round Rock Nissan is an excellent team. This was my first time buying-out a lease. I had leased the car in Houston from another dealer and didn't know what to expect. From the time I arrived at the Service department, Noe, Luis, and Wayne greeted me and put my mind at ease about the inspection. I was introduced to Chris who patiently took me through the purchase process. ( He even had my car washed and filled my gas tank.)
