very courteous. My customer service specialist checked for me why there was orange key light on dash board. He couldn't fix it thought was normal for sentra , will check with other sentra but forgot it. I have air bag sign which I wanted to get it removed. I received free check up but not removed. I did not like it 19.19 charged to my account without approval .

Josh my service advisor was to botch, very sorrow discussing the issues of my vehicle. my overall experience with Round rock Nissan was A+ however, the prices are way too high for the work performed, I had the same work done to my Honda Element and it cost half. that is the only reason I choose to use a private mechanic versus a dealership

Scott Mullican is awesome and understanding, he has been great at explaining what he is doing and what I need to do. I am in a bad situation with the car I am in and I look forward to speaking with Scott again after the first of the year and getting in to a Nissan.

Zade Ali, calls himself the blade, is an amazing rep. He took care of me from start to finish. He even stayed late to make sure I rode home that night. He is the greatest and most honest person I've ever encountered. I Love the round rock team.

We had a HORRIBLE experience at Cedar Park Nissan but really wanted to purchase a 2018 Pathfinder so we decided to try one more time and came to Round Rock Nissan...so glad we did! Scott did a great job at taking the time to explain everything and be thorough. He stayed late to help make sure we weren't rushed into a decision and didn't make us feel pressured once. I would recommend buying not only Round Rock Nissan but also from Scott Mullican!

Thank you to Mr. Dozier for the great customer experience. I took my Nissa Quest in for oil change & brake installation. Mr. Dozier keep me posted on the progress of my vehicle and what parts were needed in the brake repair. I was in and out in a reasonable time. I would give 10 stars to Mr. Dozier if possible. Thank you to Me. Dozier and the service technician that was working on my Quest for a JOB WELL DONE.
