Stranded on way home from San Antonio to Nashville. Eric was unbelievably helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. They fixed our 2015 Nissan Murano the next day and we were on our way home to Nashville at 1PM. Car drove great the entire. Best service we have ever had from any dealer (and we have lived in 5 states). Thanks to Eric and the service department!!

Wayne was my advisor and i am absolutely ecstatic with the customer service he provided. We had a lot of hold ups from our warranty end but i was kept in the loop the whole way. I yope we never need to come back as the worl they did should give my car a new lease on life but if we do i will be more than happy to work with this entire team again. Thank you for your patience with me and for getting my transmission put in for a quick turn around.

Service advisor took time to go over repairs needed and was easy to communicate with during the repair process. The service technician sent a video showing the needed repairs and explained each item that needed fixed. Everyone was knowledgeable and answered all questions and concerns. Overall, excellent service experience!

Easy to schedule appointment, it did take longer than expected. But coffee is good, staff friendly & customers were delightful. Freddie explained process well, gave good answers to my questions. Thank you again, I love my car & I thank Brandon for helping us buy it.

Service the moment you drive in. Knowledgeable and Professional interaction. Comfortable area to wait while having service rendered. Longer than quoted time for service to be completed. Could have been due to the weekend.
