Barely a fair experience this time. First time to take my car in (bought it elsewhere) and it felt like an inconvenience to them. Requested the shuttle home after drop off. Gave up and called for a ride after waiting 85 minutes with zero updates on why it was taking so long. Was supposed to get a free "20 point inspection" with service, got nothing. Work done was acceptable but experience was way below average for dealer service. I'll take it elsewhere next time.

The service was great. Noe Almazan was very helpful. He communicated very well with me and was very professional. My car is old and they treated me like my car was brand new. This is the second Nissan I've owned and they have been good cars.
