Sales and service are excellent but the finance function was not customer focused at all.
Sandi was a pure joy to work with. She catered to our every need was pleasant and pleasing to work with. She answered all of our questions. Took the time to walk us through the display and settings. Truly an amazing experience.

I’ve bought or leased my last three vehicles from Round Rock Nissan. I’ve always been really pleased with their customer service. And their service department is not different. If you are looking for a good service tech request Lynne Thurmond. She is fabulous and great at what she does. Always looking out for my best interest and no extra expensive if not needed. I appreciate her, she is always kind, friendly, knowledgeable and has great customer service.

I arrived early for my 9:15 am appt. Rafael was ready to serve me. He explained the recommendations for a 25,000 mile checkup and we agreed on the service. An issue was found during the service and a video was sent to me: however the quality of the video was poor and I really couldn't hear what the tech was saying. I called Rafael to discuss the recommendation and declined it at this time. I was advised when my car was ready (ahead of requested time). Overall, I was happy with this service.
