Justin did a FANTASTIC job helping me find my 2012 Chevy Equinox. The first day I came in, their stock had been picked over pretty seriously but he kept his promise and kept an eye out for exactly what I wanted. Justin was honest and up front about everything without the stereotypical "salesman" vibe. I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
It was my first time at your dealer and I have to say it was one of the greatest Customer Service experience I have seen, the waiting room is very nice and clean. Josh Grooms was my service advisor and did an excellent job. I walked in at 7am and was done by 8:15. Josh gave me status update every 30 minutes about my car, Josh is very knowledgeable about Nissan parts and services. I believe the more Service Advisors you hire like Josh Grooms, the more successful your Service team and your dealer will be. Well done Josh.
