After searching and searching we ended our search here!!! Our sales guy was Justin Chavez and he was AMAZING!!! He didn't push or try to get us do anything we weren't comfortable with! We had our young daughter with us and he played with her while we did paperwork. He really cared about us and our experience. Would completely recommend this place to anyone!

Their service department is the best I've seen in any dealership. They are friendly, customer focused and well organized. They take the stress out of a stressful situation. Lynne Thurmond, Service Consultant made me feel like a customer and not a number. Fast, thorough and competent. After my car was flooded during Hurricane Harvey it wasn't easy finding a dealership in the Houston area that didn't have flood issues so I broadened my search and found Round Rock Nissan. It was a three and a half hour drive, but so worth it. My salesman was Justin Chavez and I have to say the experience was great!
