We had a great experience and got a beautiful 2016 Versa Note for a great price. Nick Bridgefarmer was fantastic to work with. He was never pushy- just totally laid back and friendly throughout the whole process. They even took care of a few small aesthetic issues we found after purchasing without any fuss. We're very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this dealership or Nick again.

We purchased a pre owned vehicle about 3 months ago and had a couple of emissions problems after the purchase. I initially had a very unpleasant interaction with the pre owned manager when we tried to resolve the issue. Upon hearing about the problems we were having, we were contacted by the general manager Brandon Ming. He reached out to my wife and I and assured us that the vehicle would be fixed in a timely manner. We dropped the truck off Monday and had it back by Tuesday evening. The recall service on my 2009 Maxima was performed expeditiously and Adam Elwood was a capable and courteous Service Advisor. However, the repair person accidentally left an in-cabin temp sensor disconnected thus the HVAC System wouldn’t function correctly. After a discussion with Adam, my vehicle was taken back to the mechanic and seems to be operating correctly now. Thank goodness it was fixed as I have a 4 hour drive back to the Texas coast tomorrow.
