I have used Round Rock Nissan for my car needs for a while now. I make all my appointments online. A very easy process as well. Every service tech I have dealt with has been very fast, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. Today Steve had me out of there before my scheduled time and was very friendly. Had an appointment with RR Nissan in service to have the latch on my Murano replaced, since my hatch for the second time wouldn’t unlock. Adam in service is always a pleasure to work with. Since I needed my car for the weekend he had the lock reset so I was able to use it until the part came in. He thinks ahead and always comes up with a solution. A very happy customer for a long time.
