Thank you for your service. Today was a little crazy 2hr wait on an oil change. However, Nissian did say it’s usually not like this there was some mixed up with the booking, and assured me Monday will not be like this for a battery replacement. Thank you Nissan for the coupons in the mail much appreciated.
The service advisor was very helpful and informative. I was able to use a coupon, and the work wasn’t rushed. Advisor went over my vehicle report card and told me we’ll see you on next service.
