This is the best business model for customer service I have ever encountered! It is a thousand times better than any human daycare. My dogs and I are treated as VIP all day and everyday! Highly recommend!!!
We absolutely LOVE Rover Oaks. They have excellent care and we have always felt comfortable leaving our dog there over the last 4 years. He adores the staff and is always happy to arrive. The grooming services, day care, training and boarding are outstanding. Our dog is very picky about who he trusts and it says a lot that he is so happy and comfortable there. Highly recommend Rover Oaks Pet Resort!
When you see the humans being drug by their dogs to get inside for daycare...you know your dog is spending the day at the best place possible! Personal truly care about your furbaby and provide the best care possible whether it be in daycare or boarding. Sophie loves her humans at Rover Oaks and can't wait to get there weekdays!

Excellent customer service from Ashley in the grooming department. My frenchie, Kipper, doesn't like his nails to be trimmed and she did a great job with him. Not only that but you can tell that she loves what she does. Every business should have employees like Ashley. My lab, Scout, and I just completed the beginner Agility course at Rover Oaks. It was such a blast and Scout LOVED it. Each time I had a hard time getting Scout to go through a tunnel or jump over bars Kelsey had just the right answer to help us both achieve ... read more
