We could not have picked a better place to board our puppy! We chose the Lodge and Learn for 2 weeks where he was well taken care of! He learned so much in the time that he was there and it was all thanks to the trainer JJ. We first met her at our in home hour training and she loved our puppy like he was her own. She is amazing at teaching us and our dog how to correct behaviors, learn new commands and much more. We brought our 10 month old German Shepherd to Rover Oaks Katy for the AKC STAR Puppy training class with Danica. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean and spacious. All classes were reasonably priced with successful results. We had a great experience and took away valuable training lessons that we continue to use today.
My first day on the job yesterday as a Pet Care Technician was great. It is such a nice place, and the staff is friendly and easy to talk too. They are helpful seeing as tho I'm new, so it makes learning a lot easier for me. I definitely recommend to bring your pets here :) they will love it��

Caring, professional, and genuinely love animals with every employee I have encountered. They understand and get customer service and have community health policies to protect your pet. My dog is always excited when I drop her off and pick her up which tells me a great deal about how much caring they give each pet. If you want excellent service, superb results, and a caring staff who treats your pet the same as you, RO is where I have been going since my 7 year old dog was a pup.
Our dog Rocky has been boarded and groomed at the Rover Oaks Houston location for 6 years during our vacations. He is on vacation too at Rover Oaks and has stayed in either the dog suites or the bunkhouse. The staff greet him each visit with hugs and smiles and he LOVES to go there. This is the best business model for customer service I have ever encountered! It is a thousand times better than any human daycare. My dogs and I are treated as VIP all day and everyday! Highly recommend!!!
