I truly cannot believe that you guys will not give me an update about my pets after the hurricane. I’ve been texting (as instructed by your social media posts), but I haven’t gotten anything back. I didn’t even get a generic status email about what’s going on at the facility I get that your phones may not be working, but your Katy location is open for business as usual. Surely they could make some calls or send some emails, even with just a generic message. Do not send your pets here. I promise they do not give 2 sh*ts.
