Rover Oaks has a beautiful facility and friendly front desk workers. However, the communication between the doggy daycare, doggy daycare workers, boarding, and office staff is TERRIBLE!! I took my dog to Rover Oaks for the first time last weekend and I was appalled with their lack of communication. First, I called to set up boarding and daycare as a new client. Terrible. Refused to take my 15 yr old toy poodle for grooming because he's too old. Too old? Apparently, older dogs take too long and are not profitable enough. Business is "too good" to take older dogs, I was told. Sad, especially since he was trained there as a young guy. Never again.
