Early in the evening probably one of the first meals out of the kitchen the lobster bisque left a lot to be desired my prawn cocktail seem to be I QF and small for the price

My family and I have dinner at Roxys every year and take in a show in your show room. I mentioned to the waiter that we would be going to the show and gave him the bottom of our ticket stubs for the 1/2 price entree special that you offer when we sat down. This year was the first year that I didn’t have time to finish my dinner besides even having dessert or a cup of tea. Our reservations were at 5:15. The show was at 7:00. We visited Roxy's on Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving dinner was a choice but I had been looking forward to a prime rib from here since the last year. We traveled from Washington State and specifically chose Roxy's before arriving because of past experience Unfortunately, the restaurant was out of prime rib that night. What kind of restaurant manager cannot anticipate the need for the signature meal? 4 out of 8 entrees on the menu were prime rib, so I'm sure quite a few others were disappointed also. The meal was excellent the soufflé was absolutely amazing. The one thing that I did not like was the fact that when we were done eating we were socializing for a short period of time and we were never given refills on our drinks. They could’ve possibly made more money and received a bigger tip I was parched and no one came around to fill my drink once we finished our meal and dessert.
