The hostess was charming and accommodating, the servers were informative, responsive, knowledgable and friendly, the menu was great and the food was scrumptous. We had a very good experience at Roxy.
The Eldorado Casino has a real gem here! Everything we had was fantastic. The list of 102 martinis was fun to try. The service was perfect! When we return to Reno, The Roxy will definitely be on our list of places to go.
For a casino restaurant, this is one of the better ones. It is a very modern twist on the old "steakhouse" genre. We have been here a number of times and the food and service are consistently good. It is noisy if you are seated in the "outside" area. If you prefer a quiter setting, ask to be seated in one of the interior areas away from the Martini bar.
I found roxys when I first moved to Reno a little over 5 years agoFirst the martini bar drew me in and then the restsurant. I am at one and/or the other at least once a monthI love everything they have to offer. The Waite stagg, food, Martinies and wine. Truly 5-star on my book
There is a piano bar which is great for a cocktail and then retire to the dining room for a very nice dining experience. The service was excellent and also has an added bread girl serving fresh baked bread. Great wine collection and dining experience!
We went for the "early special" which I love because of the sundae they serve. The crab cake off the appetizer menu that my daughter and I shared was probably the best one we have ever had.

Great early bird menu with beef, fish, and pork entrees. Service swift and appropriate. Overall good experience.
Our party ordered Rib Eye Steak and two two orders of the Lamb chops. The steak was over cooked (ordered med.) and the two order of the Lamb chops were under-cooked (ordered med). All of the problems were corrected in a timely matter. The service was good and the appetizers and bread came on time.
