Was a little louder than normal. Hard to hear our group. But still a great place and will continue to go back.
We enjoyed our dinner at Roxy - there was a lovely intimate atmosphere and the food was quite good. It would have been the perfect date spot, except there was a loud and obnoxious party seated near us, which isn't the restaurant's fault...and things improved greatly after they left. Service was a bit slow, but it gave us more time to chat, so we didn't mind. Don't miss out on the dessert, we had the Tiramisu with a Kahlua ice cream float, and it was absolutely delicious!
The food, as usual was delicious. The service was great. I have not been disappointed when I come to Roxy's for dinner. The early bird special is great for those on a tight budget. I frequently come to Roxy's with out of town guests and they are always amazed and pleased with the total experience.
Food was good, nice selection. Service was outstanding.
The hostess was superb. Provided us with a quiet table. The server was not as superb and the maitre d needed to fill in for him.

Everything was wonderful with the exception that the filet and potatoes (main course) came out "cool". The maitre d' quickly got them heated and then a complimentary mirrasou was offered. Overall excellent.
Had the Prime Rib. Nothing special. The wife had the filet mignon. Had to send it back cuz it came out dry. Roxy comp'd my wife's dish since she lost her appetite by the time it came out. The Roxy service was good (Not Great). Waited longer than I thought I should have for our wine. Wasn't busy so I couldn't use that as an excuse. Not sure if I'm getting what I paid for. It was our first time there so maybe the second time will be better.
My halibut was fantastic and the filet that my husband had was superb!!!
