They are efficient, responsible but most importantly, honest . They resolved an issue with my AC unit in my home in sugar land, TX while I was living overseas. we spoke over the phone and they fixed what the tenants needed at the time. Best experience !
Only concern I have is that Royal Air advertised a discount after my installation that I didn't get in the Houston Chronicle.
