Installation went smoothly. The team was extremely professional.
The gentleman arrived on time and show us everything he checked and let us know everything is working fine.
They are efficient, responsible but most importantly, honest . They resolved an issue with my AC unit in my home in sugar land, TX while I was living overseas. we spoke over the phone and they fixed what the tenants needed at the time. Best experience !
Only concern I have is that Royal Air advertised a discount after my installation that I didn't get in the Houston Chronicle.
