Overall it was a pleasant experience. Justin was really knowledgeable, patient and didn't pressure. The team performed the removal and installation in 1 day and we enjoyed a cool house that evening. I went with a completely new AC and furnace so I got the benefit of a matched system with a 2-speed blower. We were really amazed at how quiet the new system is. We are really happy with our decision to get Trane equipment installed from Royal Air.
