Royal air Houston came out the day before thanksgiving. First of all WOW! The technician Jeffrey was very professional and friendly. He came by explained what the problem was in dumbed down terms. We proceeded to go ahead with the service and he finished very quick. Will definitely be using them again.

Brandon was right on time and very thorough in his inspection and explanation of his findings. Plenty of photos and layman terminology in his review of the issues. Good man.... hold on to him.

Paul and Taylor did a great job. They cleaned the filters cleaned the coils and checked the unit to ensure everything was working properly. Very professional and I️ really appreciate their attention to detail to make sure everything was as it should be

Taylor and Paul came and checked. I felt comfortable. They fixed my non working ac and explained to me what happened. They gave me recommendations. They are cool. Happy they fixed it.
