BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! MILAGROS MARRERO, was very helpful, detailed / thorough and most importantly, COMPASSIONATE! When your HVAC goes out and you're desperately trying to find the right company, having a kind-hearted person on the other end of the line is VERY IMPORTANT! Royal Air is 100% professional. I purchased two Trane systems, attic insulation and duct work. From the sales process to the installation to the final quality control check.
