I cannot say enough about this company and especially George who helped with reviewing all my options and getting the unit that’s best for my home. This company came out this morning and looked at my AC system that wasn’t cooling properly and informed me of the situation. I told him that I just needed a brand new unit and he said that is his recommendation as well. Then 2 hours later is when George arrived and I purchased my new unit. My tech Preston was Ace. He was very professional. He came in my home and took care of my system and told me exactly what I needed without the hustle. I can't say that about the last guy they sent out for the system check. Preston renewed my faith in Royal Air.

I found Royal Air to be a breath of fresh air. My tech, Edwardo, arrived right on time, was very professional but personable, and took the appropriate time to understand what my concerns were and then found the exact problem within minutes. He worked with me on which repairs costs were within my budget at the moment without any hard pressure up-sale tactics. Great tech, great company. I definitely would recommend Royal Air.

The technician arrived in the appointment window. He called to confirm his estimated appointment time. He was very professional and began addressing the problem, upon arriving. He continued to communicate want he found. I was very satisfied with his work and would definitely call Royal Air again.

AC went out Friday night around 1:00am. I called and made an appointment Saturday morning at 8:00am. Was told they would be to my house between 1-6pm. Much to my surprise, I received a call telling me they were 20 minutes away at 12:20pm! Eduardo was there before I could get back to my house. He was thorough, quick and explained everything as he worked. He was able to get the AC unit running in a matter of minutes and even checked the blower in the attic. He was great!!

The technician, Preston B., was outstanding!! Extremely professional, courteous, and took time to explain what the issues were and showed me the photos of the issues. The two issues were fixed in a very timely and professional manner.
