The sales man Ken Baker was excellent. The install crew did a pretty good job. Just a few little issues that have to be resolved. I guess my only complaint would be it took then to 2AM to finish the install. But they had issues that were not their fault so I dont blame them.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! MILAGROS MARRERO, was very helpful, detailed / thorough and most importantly, COMPASSIONATE! When your HVAC goes out and you're desperately trying to find the right company, having a kind-hearted person on the other end of the line is VERY IMPORTANT! It can make a customer either do business with you or go down the road! I had several scheduling issues and MILAGROS made sure I knew that it was not a problem and that I wasn't an inconvenience! Keith Walker was our salesman, he was very friendly and accommodating when we needed to reschedule our appointment. Royal Air is 100% professional. I purchased two Trane systems, attic insulation and duct work. From the sales process to the installation to the final quality control check. They are interested in complete customer satisfaction. My experience was 100% perfect and I highly recommend Royal Air.
