Service department was great! Service Advisor Ben Chambers was friendly and experienced was very helpful. I came in for a my first oil change and tire rotation . The service was excellent and Ben kept me up-to-date on my car. Royal Honda has excellent service and excellent service advisors.

First of all love the new facility!! I dont mind waiting in a nice and airy lobby with all the amenities and the bathroom is super clean and cute. The communication about my service is top notch, seamless, and efficient.

I was financing a car for the first time in my long life and it could have been a nightmare but Daniel, Gio and Felipe at Royal Honda made it a dream. I knew what I wanted but only had 1 day to shop and a hurricane was on its way.
