Online scheduling appointments was a breeze and they honor your confirmed appointment time (no senseless waiting) They also give great info up front and help you prioritize your car cares needs. They have good coffee and snacks. A little pricey? Sure. And you get what you pay for at Royal Honda!!!

Service Department was accommodating and Joey, my service advisor, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve purchased my last 3 vehicles from Royal Honda and have no reason whatsoever to shop anywhere else.
The entire staff in the service and parts department were professional and welcoming. Joey took my van in for a tire patch despite their service department being booked. They were so accommodating and said tire patches (nails) were a high priority for customer safety especially since I tote little kids around. I felt treated like family. 💛
