Service was completed without an appointment very promptly! Service Rep Mr Roy Sellers was polite and handled my service very prompt and detailed. My service was competed in an hour and 20 min from drop off till notification to com pick my vehicle up. This not only included an oil change that I had brought my 2017 CRV in for but they had also identified a nail in my Rt rear tire and repaired it prior to notifying me the vehicle was ready. i had my CRV in for service on July 27, 2020 and arrived when the service dept opened. I was received warmly by Roy Sellers. Roy assured me that my wait would be minimal and the car was ready by 8AM. Only 1 hr wait. He gave me his card and invited me to call if I had any questions or concerns and I was at work by 8:15. I am very pleased and confident in the quality of service that I received at Royal Honda.
