RecommendedService Department was accommodating and Joey, my service advisor, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve purchased my last 3 vehicles from Royal Honda and have no reason whatsoever to shop anywhere else.
RecommendedThe entire staff in the service and parts department were professional and welcoming. Joey took my van in for a tire patch despite their service department being booked. They were so accommodating and said tire patches (nails) were a high priority for customer safety especially since I tote little kids around. I felt treated like family. 💛
RecommendedJust had general service for an oil change and tire rotation for my 2018 CRV. Service was premium and Don was great! My tire developed a slow leak, they found a nail in the tire. Thankfully I have the tire warranty! This is my second Honda in 18 years. I finally let my 2002 Accord 4 door go, by passing it down to my brother. That car was only serviced by Royal Honda. RecommendedToday was my 1st experience with Royal Honda service department. The service was top quality. They fixed 2 recalls and did all the routine maintenance. when I told them I was bringing it in earlier than the schedule because of a road trip in the next few weeks they went above and beyond and checked evey bell and whistle to keep me and my family safe on our trip!
