RecommendedJust had general service for an oil change and tire rotation for my 2018 CRV. Service was premium and Don was great! My tire developed a slow leak, they found a nail in the tire. Today was my 1st experience with Royal Honda service department. The service was top quality. They fixed 2 recalls and did all the routine maintenance. when I told them I was bringing it in earlier than the schedule because of a road trip in the next few weeks they went above and beyond and checked evey bell and whistle to keep me and my family safe on our trip!
Their service department was very helpful and accommodating. They were willing to work with me & my schedule
The customer service was amazing. Alton B. Clivens,made the whole experience different then what you would normally expect when purchasing a vehicle!!!

Employees courteous & try hard to take care of you!! Waits are never too long, you can drop your car off the night before & they have a shuttle.
