Purchased my 3rd Honda Pilot from Royal Honda yesterday. The salesman I had for the other 2 purchased was no longer employed at Royal so I wasn't sure what to expect. There I met Mr. Alton Clivens. What a wonderful experience he made it. Alton took his time to go through all the details of my new Honda, and was very kind and not pushy in any way. Before I knew it, the deal was done, and I was leaving with a dozen red roses. Thanks Alton!

I highly recommend Royal Honda for both sales and service. Eric helped me today as I needed my 1st maintenance done to my new car along with a recall on the apple car play ! Unfortunately I unknowingly purchased a 2019 CRV with an oil dilution issue. Service Manager Eric Bowling was knowledgeable and somewhat comforting in helping me with the issue so far.. Sales and Service has always been good and fair for me. I believe the issue with my CRV is a Honda issue that hopefully will be resolved quickly, but as of now I feel I purchased a lemon for my daughter.
I had a very pleasant experience at Royal Honda on today. The Service Advisor was very courteous. My automobile was repaired in a timely manner. The waiting area had the USA Today Newspaper, water, snacks and was a clean and comfortable environment. The Service Advisor also sent me a text to notify me that I could contact him during my wait if I needed anything. I was pleased with the cost for services.
