I highly recommend Marco Acosta (Polo). He helped me pick the right car for my lifestyle base on my needs. I love the that Marco is available when I have a question. I can always reach him at his cell phone which is fantastic.
The service department (Kory) kept me informed about the diagnosis of my a/c system. I was given a ride home and was called as soon as my vehicle was ready. My experience was excellent.

Excellent mechanical / technical / professional service. High level of attention given to Customer Service. Everyone conveys a positive attitude. Work was done ahead of schedule and within estimate. The Customer waiting room was comfortable with snacks and beverages available (to Customers) at no cost. Overall a very positive experience.
Went to get my car serviced ( routine) without an appointment. They took me, offered a shuttle to take me wherever I wanted to go. I decided to stay. Had my car serviced in a hour. Joey was great, kept me informed. So happy Sandy Phillips
My CRV was due for an oil change and rotation. Service was thorough and not time consuming. Joe Danna did a great job of informing me of what service was needed and at my side when time to pay to assure charges were correct.
