RecommendedI highly recommend Royal Honda for both sales and service. Eric helped me today as I needed my 1st maintenance done to my new car along with a recall on the apple car play ! The work was done in timely fashion and explained very thoroughly to me. Even tho I had concerns re : possible chargers Eric was able to help in a very courteous and professional manner ! RecommendedUnfortunately I unknowingly purchased a 2019 CRV with an oil dilution issue. Service Manager Eric Bowling was knowledgeable and somewhat comforting in helping me with the issue so far.. Sales and Service has always been good and fair for me. I believe the issue with my CRV is a Honda issue that hopefully will be resolved quickly, but as of now I feel I purchased a lemon for my daughter.
RecommendedI had a very pleasant experience at Royal Honda on today. The Service Advisor was very courteous. My automobile was repaired in a timely manner. The waiting area had the USA Today Newspaper, water, snacks and was a clean and comfortable environment. The Service Advisor also sent me a text to notify me that I could contact him during my wait if I needed anything. I was pleased with the cost for services.

RecommendedGood service and shorter wait time than expected for oil change and tire rotation. Service staff was attentive and followed up well. It was good to see my salesman too, Scott Usher, he is always friendly, personable, and helpful.
