Ru was very responsive to questions we had throughout the mortgage process. We asked for concrete action items and a timeline for what to expect and Ru was able to provide them promptly. We appreciated him taking the time to break down next steps, especially since there were times when it felt like things moved very quickly. Ru jump started the process for us. We were in a bit of a rut when we reached out to him after we first lost out on an offer which, in part, may have been because we were using an agent outside of the state. He walked us through the process, and eased any and all hesitations that we had by ensuring that we were in a better place for next offer (which we ended up getting!). We can’t imagine having gone through this process without him— he was responsive and patient with us.
