From start to finish, Ru was fantastic to work with. One would be hard-pressed to find a person more committed to customer service than Ru. From the time we first spoke in February 2020 until we closed on our home in July 2020, Ru was with me every step of the way to keep me updated on the latest interest rates, provide cost summary sheets, and answer a number of my questions. Ru took care of us every step of the way! When it came to our refinance we had a couple different scenarios we were trying to play out to encompass some long term goals. We needed more than a loan officer or a transaction coordinator, we needed an advisor and that's what we got!
